Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Due to logisitics and licensing restrictions, The Geeky Robots has limits on where they can sell many of their items. We are working hard to get our items to be available anywhere in the world. For the time being you will find our International Geeks Collection with select items that are available to ship anywhere. Please stay tuned for any updates!
  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Items pertaining to The Geeky Robots will have free shipping anywhere within the US. Items in the International Geeks Collection will ship anywhere in the world for Free. Items that are produced by individual artists in our Indie corner will be subject to shipping charges placed by the artists and are preset at their descretion.   
  • How do I track my package?
    • We are pushing to get tracking for all our packages.  So in most cases,  a tracking number is generated 24 hours after the item is shipped and will be sent to the email provided. 
    • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
      • This depends on your order.  We work hard on providing the lowest prices around and to do so,  we negotiate with suppliers all around the world.  To keep our prices low,  shipping items may take a bit longer than normal. We will be constantly working on getting items to ship faster without affecting our prices. In the meantime most items take 7-15 days on average.  
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    Depending on the items you order,  they may be coming from two different suppliers, often times at different parts of the world!  This may cause your items to come separately. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I exchange an item  for a different size or color?
  • If your shirt doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on)  then send us an email to sales@thegeekyrobots.com for details on where to ship and how to get an exchange. Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.  

Additional charges may apply such as reshipping or if you exchange.

 

You have 30 days to exchange your item.

Please Note: 
-Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
-If you have a question about your return, contact us at sales@thegeekyrobots.com 

  • How do I return an item for a refund?
  • If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days. We do not refund shipping cost. Items must be unworn and unwashed. 

 

  • What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at sales@thegeekyrobots.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item.  We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
